Probate and Family Court Judge (1990 to 2001);
Family law attorney in private practice - negotiated settlements, litigated contested matters in court, represented minor children, and provided mediation services (1975-1990);
Trained mediator with extensive experience assisting individuals in conflict resolve all issues arising from the dissolution of relationships in family, probate and other matters;
Arbitrator selected to decide cases involved in pending litigation, or designated in settlement agreements to decide future disputes;
Case evaluator offering an analysis of the positions of the disputing parties and working with counsel and parties to reach a successful resolution.
